RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
Physical products and services/digital products follow separate rules.
Klarna purchases include specific exceptions to comply with Klarna’s merchant protection requirements.

  1. Returns for Physical Products
    You may return eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unworn
    • In original packaging
    • Free of damage
    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
    To initiate a return, email: admin@progressiveperformancep2.com with your order number.

  2. Refunds for Physical Products
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
    No restocking fees are charged.
    Exchanges or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.

  3. Klarna Purchases (Exceptions)
    Due to Klarna’s merchant protection:
    • All Klarna orders must be refunded to the original Klarna payment method.
    • Store credit or exchanges are not permitted for Klarna purchases.
    • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after approval.
    These requirements override any general return options in this policy.

  4. Services & Digital Products
    Coaching services, training subscriptions, digital programs, and intellectual-property-based products are non-refundable once:
    • Access is granted
    • A program is delivered
    • Services have begun under the signed coaching agreement
    Service rendering begins within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise defined in your contract.
    Any exceptions must align with your signed coaching agreement and are evaluated case-by-case.

  5. Right of Withdrawal (International Customers)
    If your local laws provide a statutory Right of Withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
    To exercise this right, email admin@progressiveperformancep2.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
    • A clear statement of withdrawal
    Digital/services may be exempt if fulfillment has begun.
