Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to all physical goods purchased from Progressive Performance Personal Training (“Progressive Performance,” “we,” “our”).
Service-based or digital products—including training programs, coaching plans, and consultation services—do not involve shipping and are delivered electronically. -
Order Processing (Physical Goods)
All physical orders are processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive:
• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update. -
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
Delivery generally occurs 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on carrier operations. -
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7–10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at:

Services & Digital Products
Digital products and service-based items (custom programming, online coaching, etc.) are fulfilled electronically.
Rendering of services begins within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise outlined in your coaching contract.
All new coaching clients must sign a service agreement that defines timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
