At P2, we offer two types of in-house, individualized nutrition services: Nutrition Guidance and Nutrition Consultations.
Nutrition Guidance is a monthly service that provides you with ongoing support and accountability from your coach.
Nutrition Consultations are one-time calls that aim to troubleshoot specific issues or barriers you may be experiencing in your diet.
